Delivery partners and associates

We are forming a small founding group of consultancies and practitioners to deliver AI Opportunity Sprints on the PinpointProof platform. This page is a conversation, not a programme.

Where this actually stands

There is no certification scheme, no partner portal, no tier structure and no published commercial terms. The delivery playbook is still being proven on first-hand engagements, and we are not going to sell a partner programme built on an unproven method. What exists is a repeatable four-week engagement, a published scoring framework, a working platform, and an intention to design the programme with a founding group rather than present one to them.

The proposition

You bring the client relationship and run the engagement. PinpointProof provides the method, the scoring framework, the workspace and the delivery playbook. The client gets a mapped, scored, evidenced opportunity register with a designed test against every candidate, and a live workspace they keep.

For a boutique operations or process improvement consultancy, that changes three things.

  • A differentiated offer to an existing client base. Every operations client is currently being asked what they are doing about AI, and most advisers can only answer with a workshop.
  • A repeatable engagement instead of bespoke scoping. Four weeks, one business area, ten to fifteen processes, a fixed fee and a known effort profile, rather than a fresh proposal shape every time.
  • A route beyond day rates. The deliverable is a workspace the client keeps using, which shortens the path to the next engagement and opens a recurring revenue line that pure advisory work does not have.

Who fits

DimensionWhat we are looking for
SectorRegulated financial services in the UK and Ireland: fund administration, asset and wealth management, insurance, specialist banking, payments.
CapabilityOperations, process improvement or transformation practitioners. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a strong signal, though the method matters more than the certificate.
RelationshipsExisting access to operations leadership, the COO, Head of Operations or Head of Change seat, at firms of roughly 100 to 2,000 staff.
ShapeIndependent practitioners and boutiques of two to twenty. Large firms are not a fit at this stage, in either direction.
DispositionComfortable telling a client that most of their benefit sits below the AI rungs of the ladder, and that a candidate failed its test. Evidence-led work is not for everyone.

What we would ask of a founding partner

  1. Co-deliver before you deliver. The first engagement is run together, so the playbook is transferred rather than described.
  2. Use the method as published. The four artefacts of a credible assessment, the constraint modifiers, the ladder and the designed test are what let the deliverable stand up to scrutiny. A partner who scores by instinct is selling a different product under our name.
  3. Feed the playbook back. What you learn in delivery improves the method for everyone in the group, and the founding group shapes it more than anyone who joins later will.
  4. Prototype and prove, never operate. Neither we nor a partner runs a client's regulated process. We design, prototype and prove; the client's in-house technology team packages and deploys through their own change control. That boundary is permanent.
The sequencing is simple: we are proving the delivery playbook on first-hand engagements now. Partner delivery follows that, not the other way round. Anyone who tells you otherwise is recruiting a channel before they have something worth channelling.

What happens next

A thirty-minute conversation. No deck. We would want to understand the shape of your practice, where AI is coming up with your clients, and what you would need commercially for this to be worth your time, and we will be straightforward about what is built, what is being tested, and what is still a direction.

Commercial terms will be agreed with the founding group rather than published in advance. That is not evasiveness; it is that the right structure depends on whether partners bring the client, deliver the work, or both, and we would rather set it with the first few people than guess.

FAQ

Common questions.

What does a PinpointProof delivery partner do?

A delivery partner is an independent consultancy or practitioner who delivers AI Opportunity Sprints on the PinpointProof platform under their own client relationship. PinpointProof provides the method, the scoring framework, the workspace and the delivery playbook; the partner brings the client, runs the engagement and owns the relationship.

What stage is the partner programme at?

Early and deliberately small. There is no certification scheme, no partner portal and no published commercial terms yet, because the delivery playbook is still being proven on first-hand engagements. We are having conversations with a small founding group now so that the programme is designed with them rather than presented to them.

What kind of firm is a good fit?

Boutique operations and process improvement consultancies working in regulated financial services in the UK and Ireland, typically with Lean Six Sigma or operational excellence capability, an existing client base among fund administrators, asset and wealth managers, insurers or specialist banks, and an interest in adding a recurring revenue line rather than only day-rate work.

What is in it for the partner?

A differentiated, evidence-led offer to take to existing clients; a repeatable four-week engagement instead of bespoke scoping every time; a deliverable the client keeps using, which shortens the path to the next engagement; and a route into recurring platform revenue rather than day rates alone. Commercial terms will be agreed with the founding group.

Thirty minutes on your practice, your clients, and whether this is worth either of our time. No deck.

Thirty minutes. Bring one process.
